Jeff Silvernail

Jeff joined our team in early 2023 after the insurance consultancy he founded, Silvernail Insurance Group, was acquired by our subsidiary, Wendell Charles Insurance Group, LLC. Prior to founding his own agency, Jeff spent 15 years in the insurance and risk management industry, most recently at a Fortune 100 firm where he won numerous awards. Mr. Silvernail is a graduate of Washington State University in Economics and is married with two children. He volunteers as a coach for their teams and enjoys playing guitar and golfing in his spare time.
